All of our products are imported from Mexico and many pieces are unique. For this reason, all sales are final. However, if there is an error with the part manufactured on our end, we are willing to fix it. We do not carry out repairs since all of our work team is located in Mexico.
**False freight returns submitted prior to completion of services will result in order cancellation and will not be refunded**
Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival to see if it is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if an item is damaged beyond repair (caused by us) or if you received the wrong item.
Please contact us within the first week of receiving the items to be eligible for an exchange. Send us an email to silvertaxco21@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear image of the damage product.
Let us remember that there are climatic or physical factors that could stain our jewelry, that is not a guarantee of a refund, all our products are made and stamped with .925 silver which guarantees that it is silver.
